Tuesday Noon Meditation

Each Tuesday, there will be an open sitting meditation at noon. The doors of the Center will open at 11:45am to give everyone a chance to ask questions if needed and get settled. The meditation will start at noon and last until 12:30.
This is a mindful, sitting meditation. There will be pillows and chairs available, but feel free to bring your own. We will sit for an hour, being mindful and present within ourselves, clearing our minds of stories so that we can be in the present moment breathing.
Of all the types of meditation that I participate in, this has been the most powerful. Learning to be present has allowed to not only complete many projects but also to just enjoy life in general. I’d like to offer that opportunity to anyone else that may be interested.
